ABOUT MIAH FAMILIES

Miah Families builds sustainable community spaces that bring people of every age and ability together. A supportive housing model where families, children, seniors, caregivers, and adults with disabilities live and connect in one welcoming residential and recreational community.

That’s the Miah difference. Different is better together.

When people live and play close to one another to share everyday spaces and resources, something special happens. Conversations start. People lend a hand. Small moments of support grow into meaningful connections. The awkard of "different" disappears.

Our non-profit is currently hosting Miah Meet -Ups all over Washington County, while we choose the best resources, investors, donors  and partners to build our new model of community with us. These Meet-Ups offer support and connection, intentional tools and a shift in mindsets that teach our community to connect and care better for each other.

BE A miah BUILDER

Every contribution to Miah Families helps build a more sustainable future for adults with disabilities, seniors, caregivers, and families seeking connection, independence, and community.

Whether support comes through donations, partnerships, or shared advocacy, each contribution helps us expand community-centered supportive housing, strengthen resident programming, and create new possibilities for long-term belonging and stability.

We believe meaningful change happens when people build together — and we are deeply grateful for every person helping bring this vision to life.

Even for as little as $5/month you can help us grow.

Creating Spaces
For Connections

We are not made to live separated from other generations,
organized into our own secret little spaces of big buildings
We are each others solution. Miah is here to prove it.
